Consumer Duty Services speaking at IPA event on 28 November 2024

Peter Wordsworth and Kevin Still are looking forward to speaking at the Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA) conference in Manchester on 28 November 2024.

There is a lot going on in the personal insolvency space and regulatory collaboration. The sustainability of debt remedies is very topical in a cost of living crisis and the emerging economic picture will no doubt be on the agenda along with personal insolvency reform being driven by The Insolvency Service.

We hope to have a role to play in these debates.
